Beware of Influenza in Healthy Living

Currently misunderstood one. The so-called swine flu is actually the normal seasonal flu, aka seasonal flu. This flu is not dangerous, except for the elderly, asthmatics, and people with chronic diseases that interfere with immunity. As to the bird flu, people need to be vigilant.
